Most solar companies take between 150 – 180 days to get a solar system up and running. We are proud that based on our experience and familiarity with the process, we get most systems installed and turned on in a fraction of this time. Let us walk you through the installation process. Staying informed can help you convert your property to solar.
Our team schedules a time to come to your property in order to confirm your preliminary design and get all the appropriate measurements, dimensions and photographs of your roof and electrical system for our engineer’s to begin optimizing your system. When they are complete with their designs, we send them to you for review ensuring you are happy with the details of exactly how we plan on getting the job done.
With approved designs ready to go, we submit them to all the appropriate parties, including the City and HOA. We remain in constant contact with these officials to expedite your project through their process. As we wait, our team ensures all your material is allocated in our warehouse so that upon approval, we can get your system installed. Most installs are completed in a matter of 1 or 2 days, and before considering your installation complete, our teams test all components of the system to ensure there are no failures.
After your project is installed, we send all the required documents to the City and Utility for inspection and approval. Once again, we remain in constant contact with their staff in order to avoid any delays as best possible. Once your system is approved, a system turn-on-date is scheduled for a short time thereafter. On this day we are there to help get your system turned on, ensure that your monitoring software is properly reporting and answer any questions you may have. We know how exciting this moment can be and want to ensure you successfully get your energy, your way.
