Dealer Relationship Manager

We are seeking to hire for a full-time, permanent position for a Dealer Relationship Manager / Partner Development Specialist in our Phoenix location.

Responsibilities 

  • This role is the primary point of sales/recruiting contact for Independent Contractors and recruiting of Non-Installing Dealers.
  • To succeed, you must be able to recruit, train, mentor, coach, and support Dealers and their sales reps.
  • Actively solicit feedback on products and services, collect market intelligence, and drive product/service improvements.
  • Schedule and conduct ongoing training of the Dealer and IC sales reps relative to product information and in-home selling processes/techniques. 
  • Submit weekly forecasts, attend dealer-specific meetings/conferences, and manage the day-to-day communications with Independent Contractors and Dealers. 
  • Solicit, receive, route, follow up, and resolve Dealer and IC concerns and complaints. 

Skills Required 

  • Proven successful experience working with 1099s, Non-Installing Dealers, and recruiting high-performing talent. 
  • Experience working with large sales teams 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 
  • In-home / Outside Sales Experience Required 
  • 3-5 years of strong experience in sales or business development in a high-ticket retail market (HVAC, Windows, other) 
  • Strong computer skills, including strength in MS Office, CRM, and sales-focused digital tools
