Admin Assistant

Overview

This is a full-time position involving all aspects of office administration and project coordination assistance including lead allocation, customer care, permit processing and other general administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct customers and other patrons who visit our office
  • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls or messages
  • Receive,distributor and prepare mail
  • Ensure clean office appearance and conference room preparation for meetings
  • Data entry and various other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding verbal and writing communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly demeanor and critical thinker
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various deadlines
  • Highly organized and proficient in computers
  • High school graduate or equivalent (College graduate is preferred)
  • Bilingual (preferred)
