Job Description
We are seeking a service coordinator who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our service department. No technical skills or solar knowledge required - just an ability and willingness to learn. We provide all the resources needed for success. This is an immediate-hire, full-time, in-office position. We offer very competitive pay and room for growth within the Company.
Responsibilities
- Manage service center cases so that they are handled promptly, assigned to the appropriate personnel within the various departments, and designed to minimize customer downtime .
- Keep constant communication with team and customer so everyone is on the same page .
- Schedule service technicians and ensure routes are planned, all aspects of on-site evaluation are properly documented, and follow-ups are conducted as necessary .
- Keep track of incoming or outgoing equipment that has been RMA'd .
Skills Required
- Reliable, responsible and team-oriented. Communication is key to (y)our success
- Very organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task as necessary
- Excellent typing skills and familiarity with computer and electronic record-keeping
- Excellent customer communication skills over the phone or in-person
Skills Preferred
- Solar electric installation or Solar equipment troubleshooting experience .
