  • Maintaining electronic or physical files as directed.
  • Communicating with various third-party agencies such as HOAs, City's, and Utility Companies.
  • Providing updates to customers or staff as needed.
  • Handle calls by transferring to the correct department (or personnel), taking messages or following up as directed.
  • Manage office, common areas and rooms as needed for internal or customer meetings.

Skills Required

  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer typing skills
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree .


  • Previous solar or construction experience.
  • Previous customer service or administrative assistant experience.
