- Recruit and retain solar sales organizations ("sales partners") that are servicing the Arizona market.
- Will need to design, build and implement outreach programs including attending, hosting network events, seminars or webinars.
- Onboarding, training and providing support to sales partners in regards to company software, offerings, and promotions.
- Monitor performance of sales partners to ensure meeting goals; scheduling meetings and conducting follow-ups as necessary
- Identify opportunities, areas and methods for sales growth
- Provide detail reporting to Management on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to ensure targets are being met
- Strong understanding of solar, solar market and players in Arizona
- Ability to quickly and effectively build new networks
- 5+ years of new client acquisition in renewable/energy transition industry
- Account management best practices and new business acquisition skills
- Strong familiarity with computers and mobile phone technologies, applications and functionality
- Previous solar sales experience
