Responsibilities

  • Recruit and retain solar sales organizations ("sales partners") that are servicing the Arizona market.
  • Will need to design, build and implement outreach programs including attending, hosting network events, seminars, or webinars.
  • Onboarding, training, and providing support to sales partners in regard to company software, offerings, and promotions.
  • Monitor performance of sales partners to ensure meeting goals; scheduling meetings and conducting follow-ups as necessary
  • Identify opportunities, areas, and methods for sales growth
  • Provide detail reporting to Management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure targets are being met

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of solar, solar market and players in Arizona
  • Ability to quickly and effectively build new networks
  • 2+ years of new client acquisition in renewable/energy transition industry
  • Account management best practices and new business acquisition skills
  • Strong familiarity with computers and mobile phone technologies, applications, and functionality¬†

Skills Preferred

  • Successful previous solar sales experience
