Recruit and retain solar sales organizations ("sales partners") that are servicing the Arizona market.
Will need to design, build and implement outreach programs including attending, hosting network events, seminars, or webinars.
Onboarding, training, and providing support to sales partners in regard to company software, offerings, and promotions.
Monitor performance of sales partners to ensure meeting goals; scheduling meetings and conducting follow-ups as necessary
Identify opportunities, areas, and methods for sales growth
Provide detail reporting to Management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure targets are being met
Strong understanding of solar, solar market and players in Arizona
Ability to quickly and effectively build new networks
2+ years of new client acquisition in renewable/energy transition industry
Account management best practices and new business acquisition skills
Strong familiarity with computers and mobile phone technologies, applications, and functionality
Successful previous solar sales experience
Competitive, weekly guaranteed pay based on skill and experience (excellent bonus incentive program as well)
