ADMIN - Administrative Assistant

As our Administrative Assistant, you will be the first contact of our organization for incoming visitors. You will be assisting customers, team members, and other staff in a variety of ways. If you enjoy talking with customers, appropriately filing paperwork, and making sure the office is running smoothly, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

This position is based at our main office in Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area to maintain a professional company image.

As our Customer Care Specialist, you are the voice of our organization and will have the ability to work with our customers as they go solar. INSTALLATION - Solar PV Installer

As a Solar Topps Installer, you will help the team complete solar installations both in the residential and commercial fields. You will be expected to be professional and have a sense of pride in doing great work. We will provide you with all the tools needed for a successfully completed job. If you have at least 1 year of experience or have attended trade school, this is the perfect opportunity to start your solar career.

Job Responsibilities

  • Read blueprints, schematics, and understand best methods of laying out projects.
  • Assembly of solar modules, array, and mounting hardware.
  • Mechanical and structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment.
  • Clean up of job site on a daily basis.

Job Qualifications

  • MUST have 2 years of experience in photovoltaic installations, roofing, general construction, or carpentry.
  • Experience with safely using hand and power tools.
  • Experience working with all types of building materials – various roof types, stucco, wood, concrete, etc.
  • Be able to work safely without any supervision, in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Must be organized, be able to plan and manage project from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Valid driver’s license. Nothing beyond minor traffic citations in past 2 years.
  • Minimum Education: High School diploma, GED, or above.

Physical Qualifications

  • Full range of mobility in upper and lower body.
  • Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time.
  • Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks.
  • Be able to lift 70+ pounds of weight frequently throughout the workday.
  • Be able to climb ladders and walk on pitched roofs.

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Any level of NABCEP certification.
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
  • Knowledge of photovoltaic design and installation processes.
